Message	i had a similar problem(blowing smoke/burning oil on decel) when i did my engine rebuild new garret chra in oem turbos.garrett oem chra's are known now for burning oil with downpipes and testpipes i changed oils from 10w30 to 15w50 and it cured my oil burning issue
